Pool servicing

Not only will you need a valid pool safety certificate but pool servicing is commonly an inclusion paid by the landlord. We recommend this, so that your valuable asset is maintained correctly. On average it costs $88-$110/month for servicing & roughly $30 for chemicals. Tenants are invoiced for the chemicals.
